From Farm Co-op
to
Kings Landing

It's Time to Glow

For more than 80 years, this corner of Sheridan belonged to the farmers who built it. In the late 1930s, local growers organized cooperatives like Sheridan Grain Growers to store their harvests, buy supplies together, and keep more of what they earned close to home. Those co-ops grew into West Valley Farmers, and later into Wilco, but the purpose stayed the same: a place where the community came together. Kings Landing carries that spirit forward. Where farmers once gathered, new neighbors will live, shop, and dine. We aren’t erasing Sheridan’s history; we are building the next chapter.
